A standard inspection and diagnosis visitation fee of ₹299 applies for every home dispatch. If you proceed with the suggested repair or component replacement, this inspection charge of ₹299 is completely waived and deducted from your final bill.
All mechanical repairs, board swaps, and replacement parts installed by our technicians come with our standard 30-day warranty coverage. The warranty covers only the specific component repaired or replaced and does not cover secondary faults that develop after completion.
We use only manufacturer-approved, original spare parts for repairs. Worn components removed during servicing are handed over to the customer upon completion.
HomeTech Services and its doorstep technicians are not liable for pre-existing physical damage, rust corrosion, or structural wear on client appliances that causes secondary failures during disassembly or diagnosis.
