When you submit a service request, we format your input details into a WhatsApp chat template and open a message link (via wa.me) to redirect you to our dispatch service. Your data is sent directly to our official WhatsApp chat for immediate scheduling.
We do not transmit your personal data to unauthorized third-party commercial marketing networks. All scheduling information is used solely for the fulfillment of doorstep repairs and servicing bookings.
We use local sessionStorage variables to maintain dashboard login states and theme options (light/dark mode toggle states) to optimize page loading speed and improve Core Web Vitals.
